Who We Are

Founded in 2003 by John Vidmar, VidmarLaw (formerly Vidmar & Hardesty) is a law firm assisting individuals and small businesses in handling a variety of legal matters. The firm has assisted clients in many areas of law, including but not limted to, bankruptcy, business, collections, intellectual property, and real estate matters over the years.

The firm now mainly focuses on real estate, document drafting and review, and assisting small to midsize businesses as general counsel.

VidmarLaw, Ltd. is committed to providing professional services with integrity and is dedicated to achieving the individual needs of our clients.

The firm is devoted to servicing clients and the community. While the experience of the firm ranges across several areas of law, the primary focus is business and real estate law. The firm has represented individuals, businesses of all sizes and a variety of creditors over the years, including hospitals, homeowners associations, debt buyers, small business owners, consumer and retail creditors, and individual creditors. The firm services clients throughout the States of Ohio, Arizona, and Tennessee.
